What is The Virtual Herbalist?

The Virtual Herbalist is actually a fully qualified, certified and experienced Medical Herbalist and is a valued senior staff member of Kurrajong Natural Medicine Centre, so your information will not be assessed by some computer program, but rather a physician with extensive knowledge and experience.

If you are unable to come to our Kurrajong Natural Medicine Centre, the Virtual Herbalist is designed for your convenience. By filling in the submission form below, you are providing the our Herbalist with information about your medical history and current health issue. The more detailed the information is, the better our Herbalist can assess your condition and make subsequent recommendations.

Why do I have to submit this Form?

If you wish to purchase products from our Herbal Range and you are resident within Australia, you need to complete this form before you can purchase the product you are interested in. This is a requirement under the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) act. Alternatively, you can book a Telehealth call and speak directly to our medical Herbalist on (02) 4573 0784

Once you’ve completed the form, submit the form to us by clicking on the ‘submit’ button at the end of the form. Our medical herbalist will assess your case and if necessary make contact with you to clarify any uncertainties or to ask you some more relevant questions that will help in the diagnosis and the correct choice of herbal formula for you.
